Riverfront Systems ("we," "us," or "our") builds and operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect when you use it, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

When you submit the project form on our homepage, we collect what you type into it, along with any of the following you choose to provide:

• Your name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Your preferred contact method
• A description of the project you want built

We do not require an account, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to:

• Reply to your inquiry and discuss your project
• Keep an internal record of leads and past conversations
• Improve how we respond to the kinds of projects people ask us about

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Where it's stored

Submissions are stored in a hosted database (Supabase) that only our team can access, and are reviewed through an internal, login-gated dashboard. We take reasonable technical measures to keep this data secure, but no method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

How long we keep it

We retain lead information for as long as it's useful to our business relationship with you, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing developer@riverfrontsystems.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes, we'll update this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
