These terms cover your use of this website. They are separate from, and don't replace, any signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement covering an actual engagement with Riverfront Systems ("we," "us," or "our"). If the two conflict for a specific project, the signed agreement controls.

Using this site

You're welcome to browse this site and submit the project form to get in touch. You agree not to misuse the site, for example by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or submit fraudulent or abusive content through the form.

No obligation from an inquiry

Submitting a project description or contact details does not create a contract, retainer, or obligation on either side. Actual engagements, including scope, pricing, timeline, and payment terms, are agreed to separately in writing before work begins.

Content and intellectual property

The design, text, and branding on this site belong to Riverfront Systems unless otherwise noted. Work product delivered under a signed engagement is governed by that engagement's own IP terms, not by this page.

No warranty

This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Riverfront Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
